Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification may be preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using computer software and systems relevant to dispatch operations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule the dispatching of vehicles or drivers to appropriate locations according to customer requests or orders.
• Communicate effectively with drivers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of goods or services.
• Monitor routes and track vehicles to ensure on-time delivery and optimize efficiency.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries or concerns regarding delivery status, delays, or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including delivery schedules, routes, and driver information.
